I think this is the first year I have every single lesson plan together in one file. I usually have a combination of slide decks, written plans, and planbook schedules. This document even has a table of contents, which was my favorite strategy. What a win for year 24!

@heymrsbond All the time. I've had coworkers bounce repeatedly. A friend started in K with ECE license, then 3rd (new license) then fifth math/science (third license) where she's stayed. A coworker is going 3rd-->6th from ES and excited for stability - 10 colleagues on/off team in 15 years.
