@MreMOEtional If your think you'll not finish game 2 even one time, you should always go first first.
A 10% swing in wr is a 10% chance you don't get 1-2 points that you likely would have got. That's the first "tiebreaker " - who has more points.
There is discourse in my discord over this..
How many knives do you use to make a PB&J?
If it’s another option(like a spoon or whatever) please leave a comment
@Minami_9109@MajiinBaeLoR@Drisoth They also have massive deckbuilding differences. Sett just needs you to play cards. He doesn't really care if they are cheap spells, expensive spells, cheap units, or expensive ones.
Lee needs a bunch of cheap spells, and few of the rest.
Reading replies to @Drisoth's rotation list on reddit, and I'm shocked by how vehemently people hate Lee Sin even when he has none of the old tools in standard. I would expect Sera or Karma to be more controversial tbh
@infinipatrons@woofpack3@AikadoLoR I disagree with this. If someone shen'd me in a guaranteed lethal position, I wouldn't find it rude at all.
*You* find it rude, and that's fine. Thinking everyone, everywhere, in all cultures, who play this game find it rude isn't a reasonable assertion.
@woofpack3@AikadoLoR Right, its the context that matters. In the context of a 1v1 online game, asserting that it was a gg as the winner IS poor manners. I think most people defending gging first have probably heard this before. Why is it so hard to just wait and reciprocate?
As long as you don't play 1 drops (aggro), the community loves getting their ass beaten down on board. The huge meltdown when Neddie was 52% w/r, but 62% midrange deck? Based! Yes, cave my face in more pls Mr Galio. I would in fact like another suppression, give it to me Mr Galio
@deliriousengine@AikadoLoR Like this is such a fun puzzle when you realize it is a puzzle instead of this weird narrative of "I'm trying to do my thing and you keep stopping me"
Yeah, galio beating you down stops you to. Every opponent would much rather your didn't do your thing.
@deliriousengine@AikadoLoR What people don't realize is you playing a threat forcing me to play a spell is playing the game. You asked a question, I had an answer. Your job is to ask enough questions in the right ways to force me to not have answers.
Tis the day before Fate's Voyage Beyond spoilers drop so here are a few teasers for y'all. The set has:
- A new keyword that's just for spells
- A champion with a mana cost we've never done before
- A card that debuffs enemy cards everywhere
- New reasons to play Titanic units
Okay LoR players if I made a $5 double elimination weekly tournament would y'all play?
Prob no offical stream since I already have a lot on my plate
Prize Pool will be distributed to players based on how many enter. I.E - 20 players would be the total pool of $80 between Top 4
@wickhelm@Dragonotey And then doing what we can to mitigate that. Not all social pressure is bad, but toxic versions of them are and mitigating that is great. (As I'm sure you already agree with)
@wickhelm@Dragonotey The pressures men and women face are just different. I think trying to quantify who has it worse is generally a useless, divisive convo and instead saying both men and women face social pressures just different ones at different scales.
