Full TJ3 - first throws back

6 weeks post op - cruising through recovery - arm extension is already strait at 0° and flexion is almost maxed out. Did my first lifts on my arm with dumbbells last week, felt great. Obviously no rush and I plan on slowly pacing my recovery but everything is awesome.
