Thumbpulling can literally morph your face into what it was always supposed to look like... I say this because I have genuinely never seen anyone stay consistent on a Thumbpulling + Myo routine and not see results & this is only because it is targeting the root cause - extremely tight myofascia and sutures. In addition: -back breathing -craniosomatics -oro-lifting Are extremely crucial in calming your nervous system down + releasing the fascia and myotension. Facial muscles are MEANT to be trained naturally by tough foods, perfect habits and fascia releases But the modern lifestyle has prevented this from happening. Look at my transformation below from just myofunctional training + craniosomatic techniques Here are some exercises you can start doing today: -CPS exercise (orb oris) -tongue towel pulls (fascia) -thumbpulling (incisive papilla) -tongue chewing (masseters activation) -mastic gum chewing (evenly on both sides) This might seem unusual but your face holds a ton of built-up fascial tension from years of poor habits which are holding your progress back. @carlisledagain I’ve never had surgery. I would never risk the side effects for a dangerous symptom-fix procedure instead of fixing the root cause naturally I didn’t even have money to opt for braces when I was younger which prompted me to fix my issues naturally

@OscarPatel When you started doing the exercises did you notice you felt more fatigued, achy & dizzy. I have been working on my TMJ & face. My sinuses are finally draining. I feel a little off though. I heard releasing the tense fascia can make people emotional, bc the body holds emotions.
