@AlejandroTorr65 I’m willing to bet that this black outfit from manga/anime, from the same location and the same arc that’s shown in Live Action, was used as a reference and whoever edited the video made an editing mistake, yes. It’s called using basic critical thinking 💁‍♀️

@RedLineRemnant I understand why they removed the eyebrow, but I don’t think it’s stupid, it’s one of the best and unique visual character design traits in history 🤭 Also plot-important.

@panicawa the curly brow is fucking stupid, just like usopp's nose. Removing them has been some of the best things about the LA.

@Dxrsite Like it’s the exact same shape, high collar with big lapels and knee-high versus Ennies Lobby having no lapels at all and narrow studded collar & being above-knee short.

@panicawa i dont think theres a reason to assume the video editor made a mistake when its especially clear the latex outfits are similar

@Dxrsite They aren’t similar😅 This was her Drum island arc coat she wore at Crocodile’s underwater base which is exactly what was shown in Live Action, interpreted as a latex coat with a more complex design. Her Ennies Lobby outfit is a short leather jacket dress with white undershirt

@Dxrsite She did NOT say it was the Ennies Lobby outfit. The video editor made a mistake by including wrong footage. It was most likely the screenshot from above, as she said it only showed the top of the coat and she had to improvise the rest.

@panicawa the costume designer said she was shown a picture of her enies lobby dress when she designed this one why are we lying

@panicawa @MrwnWest Just tossing in the two cents that merch and figures render the SW fit completely differently, more leather. The LA coat has metal clasps/aglets on the stomach, just without the belt

@panicawa As been previously said, the reference for this outfit was indeed the Ennies Lobby dress. Now, the image they gave the designer as a reference was incomplete and hard to see, so I guess they were trying to use a similar outfit for the fans without compromising the exact design.
