Today, I had the awesome pleasure of honoring and dedicating Bishop Walter Jones, an honorary street sign installed at the corner of 16th and Chestnut. It is such an honor to celebrate Bishop Jones and his phenomenal work as the pastor for 50 years of Baptized Pentecostal Church.

Had an amazing day yesterday supporting students of this beloved community at Kentucky Derby Festival Justice Fest. I am completely in awe of our youth and their engagement and know only the sky is the limit for these next generation leaders! Louisville, I Love You!

Hoop Dreams are happening in Old Louisville! Thank you to the UofL Office of Community Engagement and Louisville Legend Darrell Griffith for joining me at Cochran Elementary School this afternoon . We were even able to give signed basketballs and tickets to the UofL Men’s game!
