Trying to compile a list of the BEST unit of every year of Dragon Ball LEGENDS.
Memory is a bit fuzzy on 2018 and not entirely sure who I would put in 2023 (lot of great units) and 2022 but would still like some input on this list.
Keep in mind this is based on their initial release (or initial Zenkai) in the game

The hate train for this game was more or less newbies not understanding Budokai tenkaichi was an inherently casual series. It was never meant to be some esports contender or GOTY. Just a fun DB game and that's exactly what we got.
