Fixing it now

So you may have noticed that the spreadsheet is suffering from overload. I deleted some old spreadsheets to lessen the load and it should be ok now. However this overload has also caused problems in points attribution. Specifically qualify to next round points in later ko rounds

The formula didn't take draws from original predictions into account and incorrectly added points as CR. As a result some of you that had draw for England France in original predictions but France to go through have had about 2.5 points removed. Sorry for this.
