@DrDanielJHughes @drkamzaki @OncoAlert @profbower Several studies have shown safety of immunotherapy in HIV+ patients. HIV status per se should not influence plans for treatment. Ensure collaboration with HIV physician throughout. Blanket exclusion of HIV+ patients from oncology trials remains a stain on clinical research.
