@ElleJ35 @JFTVQVC You only need to worry about fructose and liver function if you have liver function issues /diabetic. People with normal level function will have no issue. If diabetic, then I recommend, alternating capsule, and gel days. The benefits of collagen are huge..

@ElleJ35 @protocolUK Hi Lianne, thought I’d step in & advise We don’t use sucrose sugar, it’s fructose (agave) To put this in context,If eating one large Golden Delicious apple, which contains 2 grams of fiber and 22 grams of sugar, 13 of which are fructose ( 8 ). So we aren’t even 1/4 of an Apple. J
