Co-host is the closest but still not there, like there's a CNN page, but with no posts whatsoever. Do I need to manually set up an RSS feed? I want a way to stay informed and get news quickly I without needing to go to tons of sites manually, or lazily defaulting a single source

I realize it's stupid and iconic to complain literally on here about how other sites aren't as good while also wanting to leave but: Mastodon is too insular/community focused, I have discord for that Hive has security concerns Counter social is too small/personal social media

So with El*n literally banning journalists because they report....facts ...about him, I decided I want/need a new site to replace Twitter. Problem is, none of them have the market share or design to provide the news and so on I want to stay informed.
