@rogerdickey Man. I launched my own NFT with real utility in real estate backed by actual land that I will build 12 homes on. I got no interest because 60% ROI is too low for them. If I say you will make 400% of some new token I create it will sell in few hours.

Web3 makes a lot of sense when you realize that most people are lacking community, religion, and a path to get rich quick, and will do anything and believe anything to get it

@thatguyintech Albert, in general, to get that savings, we have to sacrifice other features I'm assuming. Are you able to leverage staking, whitelist, and other features in the smart contract !!

@rogerdickey I’m assuming hotels with 5+ stories specially cocnrete base gets complicated passing wiring through ceiling. But not sure why wood frame hotels don’t use it. I could guess cleaning difficult , insects gets collected !!

Why don’t hotel rooms have ceiling lights???
