@premierinn & Horizon Car Parking need to get their acts together at Southampton airport hotel. 4 EV spaces apparently haven’t worked for a year yet you’re not allowed to park there overnight when the rest of the car park is fully booked.

@premierinn Gatwick north hotel. What a joke! Cold food. Replaced with cold food then manager refuses to take it off the bill and says if I’m not happy I can leave but I’ll be reported to police for theft!

Apparently if you amend a booking with #PremierInn to an alternative date, and you see this: ‘You have changed your booking from 2025-12-31 for 2 nights to 2026-04-04 for 2 nights’ It does NOT mean your booking has been changed! 🤷‍♂️

@premierinn I visited one of your hotels today for bfast with my wife and 2 grdchildren to be greeted by waitress tapping her watch telling me bfast ends at 10:30. It was 10:10. She was rude and offered zero assist other than pay now. This is the 2nd time. Never again! DISGUSTING

@ClownWorld Amateur. I stayed at a @premierinn once, someone had turned the spy hole in the door the other way around. I only found out as I kept hearing movement outside the room after I’d had a shower. I opened the door a few times and saw it was proud. I unscrewed it myself and sorted it.
