At Launch Complex 16, Terran R infrastructure continues to take shape. 🔹 Launch mount and transporter-erector upper strongback arrived on-site. 🔹 Insulation and siding progressing on the horizontal integration facility. 🔹 Lightning protection system piles installed 98 ft underground.

Terran R testing continues to scale alongside engine production and new infrastructure. 🔥 Acceptance testing of Aeon R flight engines continues at @NASAStennis with testing of the Aeon V second stage engine progressing in parallel. 🏗️ On the A2 stage test stand, the live ring was lifted into place and flume construction advanced ahead of diverter installation. 🏗️ Framing for the nearby hangar is now complete.

On the factory floor, Terran R vehicle integration continues to advance. ✅ Second stage harnesses and raceway covers built. ✅ COPV leak test completed and common dome baffle installation underway. ✅ First stage tank integration progressing with weld buy-offs, instrumentation bracket installs, and machining. ✅ Aeon V and Aeon R engines manufactured, assembled, and shipped.

Progress at LC-16 continued through January as launch facilities and ground systems advanced in parallel. ✓ Siding nearly complete on the booster processing section of the HIF ✓ Spray foam insulation approaching halfway point ✓ Water tower painting underway, with preparations for additional height ✓ Launch mount concrete pours cured; formwork removal and steel installation underway LC-16 is continuing its transition towards operational readiness for Terran R.

LC-16 is becoming the operational home for Terran R, where design, build, test, and launch converge.

At Cape Canaveral, the focus has shifted from below-grade and design development to facility outfitting and concept of operations planning. ✓ Siding and insulation installation continues on the horizontal integration facility ✓ Above-grade concrete poured for the launch mount ✓ Cross-country piping and water tower tank welding advancing ✓ Structural steel going vertical for the pad support facility ✓ Construction began on the engineering support building
