what i ate today ۫ ꣑ৎ 22.2k steps + 45 mins stair master im officially going on a bulk to gain muscle , didnt count cals for the whole day because i honestly didnt want to scare myself with the numbers for my first day bulking , tomorrow onwards my cal goal is at least 2400 !!
