With profound grief and a heavy heart, the Indian Navy regrets to announce the sad demise of Surg Cmde Rusi Jal Rustomji (Retd), 94 yrs, on 27 May 23 at Mumbai. The officer specialised in Dental Surgery and served in all three armed forces. He retired from INHS Asvini in 1987.
