I did it and after that they didn’t answer me anymore, and they didn’t answer either my members or me from other emails (as soon as they found out that they were talking about me, they immediately stopped responding).

i had a problem with the payment system and i wanted to ask them if it possible to link Paxum to my relative's account, they thought that i was hacked and blocked my MFC and ignore my letters. I confirmed my identity to them with a video and a photo with my passport, but they still ignore me... for 6 days already. Anyone help me?
