Today I added fresh morel and nettle pesto

@Noscito_Ryan @AnaKrivolapova A quick one minute boil will do. You can eat them raw without stinging too as long as you blend them well or run them through a food processor

@sensitive_jock Nice! I wonder how the flavor changes at they grow more. I only got the first tiny shoots.

So I tried making some very early shoots and here’s my take: the prep was easy and satisfying, the taste is a lot like purslane (lightly sour, earthy, delicate, a hint of bitter). Going off of that, I might try adding garlic, cilantro, and some chili for heat next time.
