I know I’m going to be criticized for being public and talking about this. Please understand that this was one of the worst things I went through in my entire life. I know from the outside this seems like silly drama to yall, but this was so much bigger than that for me. My dream was to be a YouTuber (cringe, I know, but it was). In 2024 I streamed for 11 hours a day just to get affiliate on twitch in two weeks because I was determined and dedicated to building my community and chasing my dreams. I met everyone involved later down the line through networking and by being actual fans of them. We became such a tight knit friend group and we spent almost every waking moment together. I truly loved these people so fucking much. So much so that I kept secrets and carried baggage that did not belong to me and that wasn’t my own to hold onto. This doesn’t diminish anything I did myself that hurt people and that contributed towards this in any way shape or form. I just want it to be clear that the betrayal that came from having everyone turn against me because these girls wanted their image protected was absolutely horrific and so damaging to me as a whole. I didn’t just lose some friends, I lost roughly 20 friends and acquaintances total. I lost people I spent hundreds of dollars on to fly out and spend time with on trips. I lost people I loved and cherished due to slander on my name and my character simply because these people didn’t want to take accountability or be honest about their actions. I tried so hard to handle this away from the public and deal with it privately, but they used our old podcast channel’s discord (Fool Volume) to post a public post claiming they cut me off because I was racist followed by public tweets calling me a Nazi supporter along with other extremely harmful accusations without attaching evidence whatsoever to back it up. I could no longer post videos on YouTube or stream in fear of what this was going to do to my public reputation. They used the power of “all these people hate you so clearly you’re wrong” against me so anyone from the outside would think what was being said was true. To be fair, I would’ve if I didn’t know a single thing either. I had no choice but to hide in silence for months and months and hope that the truth would eventually reveal itself. Unfortunately, it did, and it happened very publicly. This isn’t clout chasing. This is me defending my character and everything I worked so hard for from 2024-now. If felt that if I had never shown the truth of the situation for what it was and defended my name, I would eventually be blamed entirely for the actions of these other people and would lose everything. My dreams, my passions, my job, my friends, my SELF. I suffered greatly at the hands of these people who I once loved and I don’t think I should have to sit in silence while they get to continuously make content making fun of me for rebuilding myself and leaning on my spirituality and mental health support to do so.
