@Akitron this is the biggest challenge for me too. i’m most susceptible to opening up socials (ig/twitter) to chat with friends and then getting stuck in the endless scroll, so i’m trying to shift towards primarily using messenger apps!!

@seraphing The other hard part is 80% of my friends are on my phone…… I love my friends on my phone and it’s so easy to text or talk to someone and then yeah just be on that damn phone all day.

bad news everybody i have been drastically restricting my screentime + avoiding intentional overstimulation compared to my old habits and my brain is working better… i’m experiencing creative drive again… can focus on shit without physical discomfort… it’s the damn PHONES!!!
