These athletes are simply the best. Coach Fossas and I are so proud of the grit, determination and spirit of these warriors. What they do is hard and often they don't get the recognition they deserve. Starting in late June, they put in the work, logging the miles, suffering through heat and humidity, the hills and the track workouts, the rain, the wind, and the cold all for the hidden glory and to represent @shephillxctrack @SHRHSRams with pride and dignity. The boys and girls xc teams finished their regular season at the MSTCA Coaches Invitational yesterday at Wrentham. Megan, Nicole, Abby and Chloe medaled for the girls and Nathaniel, Riley and Rydyr medaled for the boys. Tyler Heath finished his xc career in style and Anthony Heath took another minute off of his 3k best. Sloane, Veya and Molly capped their season with personal best performances. Nathaniel, Riley, Rydyr, Thomas and Desmond and Megan, Nicole, Abby, Julia and Chloe move on to the State Sectional Division 2A meet at Northfield Mountain November 8th. #wefly #simplythebest #championshipseason #warriors

Andrew Trudel won the 2 mile and Owen Kondek won the javelin in a PR and Ronan Shaw won the 110H in a PR
