@ashleyhindle first experiment was to do a keyboard arrow keys navigable tree explorer .. and then tried lot lot of things... can invite you in repo, if something catch your eye here ... i'm not sure I'll ever have time and motivation to move this forward alone :)

2 years ago, changing one color in my editor theme meant: search, install 10 themes, settle for 'close enough'.
Today: I generate a full theme editor app with so many features in minutes, export to open formats, and iterate until it’s exactly right.

Also.. not sure what's most troubling:
A. 16 days after release: still no fix on Firefox/macOS
B. 16 days after release: still no official comms (beyond forum replies)
C. 12 days BEFORE release: bug was reported by multiple users

Thanks for clarifying :). We have a program called 1Password labs where small teams can launch experimental features behind feature flags. In this case, there was an experimental feature called snippets that enables text automations. The syntax highlighting was part of that feature and it wasn’t supposed to be injected on all pages - that was a bug. We’ll lay out more detail in the official comms, but that’s the gist.
