These details affect tournaments, especially for Hwoarang, since he's a unique character in previous Tekken titles. To punish with 15f WS for 55 dmg (no wall), his second hit is high. If it whiffs, he can eat 70+ dmg. He simply can't punish properly like he should #Tekken_report8
