The so-called “demon revealing mirror” is just a metaphor. It refers to being able to see the “demons behind the mirror”—that is, to clearly perceive the true nature of things.
It requires you to have a clear mind, eyes that can see the essence of things, and a healthy energetic boundary or protective shield.
When you encounter such people, you should stay away from them.

My new neighbors want me to cut down 5 HUGE, healthy trees on MY property so THEY can get solar. Am I the bad guy here?
We've lived on our 2.5 acres for over a decade. These massive trees along the back give us privacy from 4 homes. New neighbors move in, and suddenly a solar company contacts US, saying 5 huge trees need to come down for THEIR panels. Not just trim, but clear 100 feet of wooded area.
They offered gift cards, even to plant tiny saplings, but that doesn't fix our privacy.

I eat mostly fresh pressed OJ and milk,

This approach has given me more energy than I ever had in my life.

I did both Keto and Carnivore. I lost a ton of weight and yes at first it seems great especially when you are bad off, which I was. But then comes the plateau, you can’t lose anymore weight and it all comes rushing back. Next comes the cold. Your told, it’s because your skinny and you don’t have fat to keep you warm. But of a scientific level that is so wrong. It’s your thyroid tanking.
I lost a ton of hair in the process too. It destroyed my thyroid and left me with PTSD that if I eat something “off the plan” I would be kicked out of keto.
After years of just being stuck in low carb hell, I added carbs back in and removed seed oils and fixed my thyroid. Things really shifted for me. I lost weight and kept it off. I had abundant energy that I never experienced before and my hair is very healthy now.
Thyroid and metabolism are everything.
