I rise. I exercise. I eat. I walk my dog. I write. A simple, uncomplicated life. Nothing much appears to happen. But inside I glow. I grow worlds. My mind is flourishing.

It’s the comfort of structure, the reassurance of boundaries, the safety that allows me to soften without breaking. And in that softness, I find a deeper kind of strength.

The end of a decade leaks dramaturgy, sends cascades of heavy memories falling down mountains. Sins and regrets drown in fashion, sink with a passionate splash, in torrents of never again.
