@cormac_mcginley The odd seal was killed there for a food. Locals harvested seaweed for many years. The remains of a track was dug by hand into the cliff to access the bay by cart because a girl slipped from the cliff on the very left while using a pulley to lift buckets of weed from below. ATB.

99 years of a New Years Eve tradition in Cobh. My 80 year old father-in-law has played for the last 53 yrs - his father for the previous 46. 200+ steps climbed to get to the 49 bell carillon in the Cathedral to ring in the new year with Auld Lang Syne. Happy new year everyone.

@DrLoupis This is so profound what is happening. It is crushing to watch a race of people to be completely obliterated in real time. There are so many children whom have/had lives, hopes, dreams crushed literally. Yet most of the world leaders don't cry for a ceasefire? Words fail me.
