I help make multiplayer games with large social networks. Many people are staying in touch with their friends & family by playing online with them. I enjoy playing with my friends and talking to them while slaying dragons helps keep us all sane and happy.

I’ve been feeling a bit down lately now that I’m two months into staying at home. But one thing that keeps me going is realizing that the work I do is actually something that brings joy to a lot of people.

@ChristophLucian Yup! Though I wonder if that's what people think they're doing but get distracted by bloc politic in how teams/departments are aligned.

Theory: It might be more important to retrospect on team to team integration points rather than dealing with issues at a department level. The complexity of maintaining the entire system greatly outpaces the entropy of each (communication) edge involved. Thoughts? #agile
