Genuinely kills me how, despite Sonic and Mario being huge rivals in the 90s, with Sega and Nintendo trying to constantly one up and shit on the other, Sonic and Mario were portrayed as friends in a ton of official 90s artwork due to DiC making both the Mario and Sonic toons lol.
