@angrybandages_0 TY… most of my thoughts are either about the mechanisms of his grooming or about how he views his actions… b/c i don’t think he views or knows his actions as evil, at least not fully. at most he views his actions as a necessary evil if that makes sense

@TH0RNR0AD @angrybandages_0 not only to make “richard’s” role as richard, a knight, and an invader more secure, but also to guarantee that he will perform desired behaviors by having the “princess” always close by. sisterling is the easiest option, due to her age being close to richard (+ other factors)

@TH0RNR0AD @angrybandages_0 yeah of course! this is gonna be super simplified because the mechanisms of this sort of grooming are complex by design, but essentially, by using the princess and knight story to give richard his role, whoever groomed him needed someone in the family to fill princess role.

sisterling was probably an integral part of his grooming. the reason why he treats her so differently than the rest of the sterling family + others is because whoever trained + groomed him (probably) used her image as a way to get desired behaviors.
