By actively removing barriers, providing resources, and ensuring diverse representation from the earliest phases of clinical trials, we can work towards achieving true health equity and better health outcomes for all.

We work to help change clinical research and to catalyze change in the medical system that often fails us. Until we have more Black women included in research, we cannot put an end to the disparities that Black women diagnosed with breast cancer face.

Triple-Negative Breast Cancer (TNBC) is more common in women with BRCA1/BRCA2 gene mutations. Knowing your genetic risk can help in early detection and personalized treatment. Talk to your healthcare provider about genetic testing. 🧬💪

Did you know you can still get a mammogram if you have breast implants? Navigating mammograms with breast implants can be a bit different, but it’s essential for early detection and peace of mind. Talk to your doctor about the best screening options for you. 🩺🔍

We know that there are many reasons people think clinical trials aren’t for them. One way to make sure we get the right treatments for our bodies—which have historically been understudied and underfunded—is through participation in clinical trials.
