@luxemiaa I’m pretty sure this is something that should be communicated either on the way there or before driving to the movies? It would be a put off if someone said those exact words to me though, it could have been worded better.

A guy I worked with asked me to go to the movies with him. I said yes because he seemed normal, and the movie ticket was literally five dollars, so I didn’t think there was much room for drama. We got to the theater, and he walked right up to the counter and bought exactly one ticket. His ticket. I stood there thinking maybe he forgot I was with him. Maybe he thought I was part of the lobby decor. Then he looked at my face and said, “I provided the car. You can’t expect me to do everything.” Everything. Sir, the “everything” in question was a five-dollar movie ticket. I didn’t argue. I didn’t explain. I just opened my phone, ordered an Uber, and went straight back home. The girl they went to fight has years of MMA and strength training because of her dad, he's the one that posted this saying how proud he is of her, the girl that went to jump her got an orbital fracture and all 4 got charged with gang assault, the owners were also proud of her.

Hey everyone — I’ve been seeing a lot of really weird posts about Kyedae and me that are creating false narratives and spreading unnecessary hate — it’s really disheartening to see. We parted on completely mutual terms, and we still care deeply about each other. It honestly hurts so much to see her being attacked when we BOTH supported each other through insanely difficult times. I also quit playing pro of my own accord and was never influenced by her to quit. People’s goals can change over time, and that is just what happened with me. In a healthy relationship, there should never be comparisons about who sacrificed more or gave more — that mindset is immature and helps nobody. All I ask is that you please respect Kyedae as a person and respect the decision we made together. This kind of pointless “drama” is exactly why having a relationship in the public eye can be so draining. She is also still dealing with ongoing health issues, which makes the negativity being spread even more heartbreaking and unfair. Thank you for understanding, and once again, please respect our decision.
