@bigeasydene We can’t give you information we don’t have. I’m sorry you aren’t happy with how the project is going, but our priority is quality, and unfortunately that takes time, and in this case, more than expected. We will continue to update with any info as we get it.

@trogg_tech Late June -Mid July you said the factory was going to begin. There’s been two updates in the past month and a half and they’re pictures that could’ve been taken seconds a part over a month or more ago. Originally projected for March, at this point I want an update twice a week

@trogg_tech It hasn’t been updated with very much info for a while. When are these going into the the production schedule?

@ZedLabz @bigeasydene Not sure who you’re reaching out to and not getting a response from. We’ve been updating our Kickstarter page regularly. We have been quite on Twitter though, so we’ll try and be a bit more active here going forward.

We do not have any updates ourselves, it is not something we are actively involved with, we are not directly involved with their projects or business, but offered to be a stockist of the product, so unfortunately we cannot provide you with updates, we know they had the intentions to move towards more injection molded products. Many in the gaming community also have day jobs and cannot do these things full time, so there can be reasons for updates being slow, we could only really advise to give them some time, projects can become more complex than expected etc, you could maybe reach trogg via their website, here or other socials.

We have decided to take a another step in a new direction and call it a day on ebay, we are closing our ebay store. Whilst ebay is a popular site for many, we have felt for some time that it does not allow us to best serve our customers, with many rules and policies which get in the way of us providing good service and drain resources. Many of you have been shopping with us directly already for some time, we are so grateful for the support, we will now be putting all of our focus into making ZedLabz better, and adding hundreds more products, including more from community makers and other small businesses.

@bigeasydene We’ve been posting regular updates on our Kickstarter page. Every couple of weeks we post something, even if there hasn’t been much movement from the factory. The last two updates were posted on 6/16 and 6/30.

@Chopped4Lyfe @StoneAgeGamer @ZedLabz Its $25 more for two-tone, but yes at some point after colors are voted on we will give people the option to move things around. Two-tone/LE can move down tiers if they want or single color can move up to Two-tone/LE (they pay difference).

@trogg_tech @StoneAgeGamer @ZedLabz If the color we want isn’t chosen, are we able to change tiers? I’m hoping for all blue but if it’s not chosen I may want to change to on of the two tones which I think is $10. Will that be allowed if I pay balance?
