With half the land area, the EU packs a more concentrated network to connect 450M people. The US has more total miles, but the EU is far more "connected" relative to its size.

As mid as this set is looking to be, I think launch balance will actually be very good, main outliers are more so with augments/artifacts imo. Like I have vex sole S tier but 2x econ vex loses to good setups from A and B tier comps.
