@Logic_Excell81 There is no standard way of looking at this. In fact, if there is a major level, big money intentionally moves the buy orders lower, you can expect the price to be around this level ±1%. Do not try to catch the absolute bottom. Wait for trend confirmation.

@userofintellect What timeframe would confirm break of 650? Daily close? By the way, $SPY & $QQQ are already below 200 EMA. Wouldn't it become a strong resistance now? Unless, they gap up above it on Monday.

If $SPY $650 is not holding, you will see a 10% retracement which is perfectly acceptable to $610–$615. #SPX

@mirkebey Exactly. but his incorporates the element of time, so it reduces noise on any timeframe. Also, target price and stop loss are personal risk management. Some use ATR, some use risk ratios, others different ways. You can not impose a universal rule.
