Me doing sit ups. I'm paralysed from the shoulders down so I'm only using my head, neck and tops of shoulders. (My legs are crossed for me). Hard work, but fun. 4 months ago I could only do 2. Always look for progress in whatever you do, however small, it can have a big impact.
