Shamita Yadav aka “Ranting Gola” is facing back-to-back setbacks.
First, her Instagram account with 1.6 million followers was withheld in India, and now the Delhi High Court has ruled against her in a defamation case filed by BJP spokesperson Gaurav Bhatia.
The controversy started after clips from a live debate went viral, where several users, including Ranting Gola, allegedly made abusive remarks targeting Gaurav Bhatia. Following this, Bhatia approached the court and filed a defamation suit.
Now, the Delhi High Court has directed Ranting Gola to delete the controversial tweets/posts linked to the case.
Whether the viral clip was misunderstood, edited, or just an optical illusion is still debated online, but legally this has turned into a major victory for Gaurav Bhatia.
Within just a few days, losing access to a massive Instagram audience and now facing a court setback has put Ranting Gola under serious pressure.

Humanity Died on the Road While the Peacock Suffered 💔
A nation that calls the peacock its pride stood watching while an injured bird suffered on the road and instead of helping, some people were busy tearing out its feathers.
This wasn’t just cruelty, it was a complete collapse of humanity.
The national bird of India was treated like an object while it struggled in pain after a collision.
People want rights, respect, and sympathy for themselves, but show none to a helpless animal fighting for life. Shameful.
Wildlife protection laws exist for a reason. Harming peacocks or illegally taking their feathers is a punishable offense. Compassion is not optional in a civilized society.

That particular moment in December 2013, when Victoria Nuland was openly boasting about the fact that the US had poured $5 billion into Ukraine, since 1991, to force its pro-Western agenda onto the country.
This shows that long before the 2014 Maidan uprising, Washington was already engineering the coup to overthrow President Yanukovych and install a regime more compliant with US interests.

Here we have Victoria Nuland in 2016, bragging to US Congress about how thoroughly Washington had taken over Ukraine after the 2014 coup.
She spelled it all out without shame:
🔴US operatives embedded in a dozen Ukrainian ministries.
🔴American-trained cops patrolling 18 cities.
🔴The US Treasury gutting 60 Ukrainian banks while sparing depositors to keep people quiet.
🔴Hundreds of millions of dollars funneled into molding Ukraine’s military.
This wasn’t "assistance", it was a takeover dressed up as aid.
