Commentary: Trump Truth Social Posts On X
China moved into Venezuela and started purchasing Oil in Yuan. US attacked Venezuela and took control of its Oil. China became Iran’s biggest Oil purchaser in Yuan. US attacked Iran. India purchased Russian Oil and was on track to revive RIC friendship. US slapped 50% tariffs on India. US will never allow India to become a second China which is now challenging US supremacy. This war is not about Iran going nuclear. Iran was never a threat to US. This war is about US flexing its muscles to China over global oil trade and maintaining the dollar supremacy. US had no option but to stop the Chinese else Yuan would have become global currency. The war is actually between US and China and others are just side players. The repercussions of this war will be felt for many decades and it is not going to end soon. #Trump #Iran #IranWar #China

@thebillyboone Agree, things are running on the very edge. The average American is clueless about how quickly things can break down.

All it would take is a big whoosh down in markets and lay offs, and most people are 90 days from mortgage default & bankruptcy Debt service ability is on thin ice for most white collars.

Americans are being way too complacent about what's happening in the world right now.

If you're having trouble knowing what to believe with all the Iran news slop going on, as Charlie Munger says, "invert the thought process." If things were truly resolving with Iran, why would there be so much sloppy confusion? What is the incentive? There would be no need for misdirection.

@twocommapauper I'm pretty sure the play is to bid up strc much higher than tolerance level, then short common hard anticipating the dilution. Then unwind and cover with options.

Hooray if the war ends soon. But it's almost like the markets forgot all about: -Sovereign debt crisis -Dedollarization -Private credit bubble -Real estate stagnation -Consumer spending strain -Declining labor -Widening wealth gap -Tariffs

@x256xx I absolutely love Hyperliquid, but read the fine print. It qualifies for almost none of the requirements.

Becoming very clear that everything that's happening in Iran is about gaining power over China via Hormuz control. Iran is just the means. Lots of macro data and game theory logic for confluence.

In the world of fiat, people are conditioned to believe market prices, both investments and consumer goods, perpetually increase over time. Bitcoin is going to rewire this erroneous notion.

We're releasing institutional-grade execution for Hyperliquid today, limited to the first 100 users. Smart algos that work your orders in pieces so you get in cheaper and get out with more. Bigger size, better prices, less given back on exits. What’s included: • smart fill execution orders are worked over time along a VWAP-style trajectory, with the engine leaning passive where possible and becoming more aggressive only when needed • fully server-side execution once submitted, your order keeps running even if you close your browser • smart TP / SL execution take profits and stop losses do not have to dump the full position at once exits can also be worked with algos to reduce unnecessary slippage • precise VWAP control set a target participation rate and execute with a more controlled footprint All this leads to better execution quality, less market impact, and less manual babysitting

@HermesLux There is 0% chance it is running at a 5. The vol metric is certainly off. Also, Strategy can use other funds to stuff the yield metric, so this is a super useless figure to watch for a pref instrument that's supposed to generate consistent yield.

A Sharpe ratio of 5+ is absolutely insane, and $STRC is a phenomenon unmatched by any other ticker ever. Sharpe > 3 = World-class / elite (e.g., top hedge funds are thrilled with 2–3). The Mag 7 group rarely sustains this over long periods, though individual stocks like NVDA have touched or exceeded it in exceptional runs. Sharpe > 5 = Near-mythical / “god-tier”. Only fleetingly seen in standout names like NVDA during explosive growth phases; the diversified Mag 7 portfolio has never consistently operated here. A Sharpe ratio greater than 5 is extraordinary and extremely rare. It indicates the strategy is producing more than 5 units of excess return per unit of risk, which usually only occurs in highly optimized, low-correlation, or short-term trading systems. In real-world long-term investing, a sustained Sharpe >5 is unheard of.
Michael Saylor@saylor

$STRC volatility has reached an all-time low of 1.5%, driving its Sharpe Ratio to an all-time high of 5.37—setting a new standard for risk-adjusted performance.
