Car stopped due to driver not wearing a seatbelt. The driver was showing as disqualified & his licence expired. Driver #reported to court, fine issued & car #seized #RPU #fatal5

@OffenceCode @WiltsSpecOps Along that road there aren't many good spots to stop. It's between two small side streets either side & then further along cars parked on both sides of the road, two bus stops & then a main intersection (large light controlled r/about) they've parked where they're clearly seen 👍
