An Austin man broke into a woman’s apartment, climbed on her bed, claimed he had a gun, and strangled her until she nearly passed out. She fought back by gouging his eye and beating him with a fan. It was his third break-in that morning — the others involved exposing himself and masturbating in apartments. Octavius Brown has nearly 30 cases since 2013, with most charges dropped or reduced. @RightSide_Uk The judges should face the exact same punishment as the suspect at this point. In fact, lock the judge up in the cell with this guy. For the whole sentence.
