@VALO2ASIA excluding ascension team(ns and vrl) TS is definitely cut even with change roster at split 2 it's just too late about the jp team sorry to say but zeta since being leave by laz is just downhill(even with good offseason like 3rd at redbull)while dfm was improving even little bit

@VALO2ASIA if representation matters they can't cut RRQ but if it turns out it doesn't for indonesia,then chances are high for RRQ to get cut because of not many "fans pulling",although they do quite decent because vietnam also have good amount of RRQ fans (crazyguy)

@VALO2ASIA DFM, VL, TS and KRX. It feels weird to kick out KRX based on history but tbh most of the players that put them on the map left and they haven’t done anything in recent history noteworthy. It’s between KRX and NS but it seems weird to kick out a KR team who won masters this year.

@VALO2ASIA It's tough to balance keeping existing fans happy and getting new fans into the ecosystem. Yes, eight partnered teams are getting cut, but we may see new orgs with huge fanbases outside of Valorant bring many new fans to the VCT.

PRX is a gurantee stay no questions there. So is Zeta since they single-handedly carry the massive Japanese viewership base, making them financially indispensable to Riot. GE is highly likely to get the slot too because of the sole sole South Asian representative and no other team from the region is even close in terms of fan engagement and viewership. With Gen.G, T1, and DRX all historically occupying partner slots, it is highly unlikely Riot will allow three teams from a single country to take up nearly half of the restricted 8-slot league. One of them could face the chopping block.
