A man known as Prophet Jeremiah in Nigeria’s Delta and Bayelsa states buried his 104 year old mother in what he claims was a solid gold casket worth more than $105,000. The burial was attended by crowds of followers, many of whom are likely to earn far less than that amount over their entire lifetime.
