Crypto has PM talent problem, which is partially caused from a PM compensation problem. Crypto projects will ask for highly technical senior PMs at anywhere from ~30-50% below market rate! Most crypto offerings I see land a Senior technical PM from 180k-220k while big tech will offer 300k-400k! If you want a good PM to turbo charge your product, pay up or continue to waste your time
