Big win tonight against New Castle. Things started a little flat and we got behind but our bats picked up and we tied the game up. I laid down this sac bunt to squeeze in the go ahead run and start our rally back with a final score of 11-4! HS ball we’ve faced some great competition. Very thankful our region is filled with competitive teams with high level athletes because it makes us all better in the end. We are 5-1 and keeping focused and working together each game. We have a great team vibe and are all working hard. I have 68 PO’s behind the dish, a couple foul catches, and not much action to throw on the bases. First season game in and we got the win over Sharpsville 13-1. Our bats were on 🔥 and pitching and defense was solid. @AnnaJaneJarzab had 15k’s and our defense had 0 errors! First scrimmage for my high school team and it was great to get out on the field! Caught 5 innings and our pitchers did great with a combined 15 k’s even with some crazy winds! Thank you to Pittsburgh Power Moehrle for having me yesterday for the RAW winter Classic! After a long 15 hour day and 5 games later we fell short in the championship game with a battle into ITB. I made some plays at left and caught some innings relief behind the plate. Thank you for the opportunity to play with your team.
