Definitely older but feeling younger than I did a couple of years ago when I was at my worst mentally. Read below if you care 👇🏽
Many of you don’t know I work a full-time, high-stress job in financial markets alongside everything I do online for Vital/Elite/Finest. This adds up to 80-100+ hour work weeks regularly.
Kind of crazy, but this year felt like I went backwards in age.
I’m a bit ashamed to post the picture on the left, but I know it can inspire at least one person, so I’m doing it regardless.

After picture taken Aug. 2024.
I’m 5’10.
✅ Before: 263 lbs / After: 193 lbs
✅ Waist: From 39 to 33
✅ Shirt size: from XXL-ish to L
✅ Face went from 🌝 to lean
✅ Skin went from tired/aged to looking younger/more energetic
✅Can successfully play basketball at a fast pace again, which was super important to me
Mental health care, skin care, proper nutrition/calorie deficit and self-care were the key changes to start the journey on self-improvement.
I’ve never felt better. Hopefully, this inspires some of you. And to all the losers who call me fat, I haven’t been for months now; I just don’t really post pictures of myself.
Next goal: 180 lbs. I’ll make a fitness Discord soon so like-minded people can inspire each other.
