GOP Candidate for Tennessee Governor Marsha Blackburn is threatening to pass a gerrymandered map that would turn Tennessee completely red. This comes just hours after the Supreme Court gutted the Voting Rights Act, which could eliminate 10 Black-majority districts in the South.
