LIE: US envoy to the UN accuses the Palestinians of undermining the progress of the Gaza ceasefire plan.. FACT: The Palestinians carried out all obligations under the ceasefire agreement, while Israel has been refusing to carry out any of its obligations. In addition, Israel has committed thousands of violations during the past six months, and no one blamed it..

🚨ICE deported a U.S. born citizen. Brian Morales is a U.S. citizen, born in a hospital in Denver, Colorado, with documentation to prove it… And yet, after a traffic stop in Texas, he was taken into custody and deported to Mexico with no charges, no conviction, and no due process. Morales repeatedly told officers he was a citizen and had proof, but instead of verifying that, he was threatened with fraud charges, and prison time, if he didn’t comply. He was ultimately pressured into signing removal paperwork out of fear… which is coercion, and illegal. There is no law in the United States that allows the government to deport a U.S. citizen. Citizenship is not something ICE can ignore because they don’t believe you, and it’s not something that can be stripped through intimidation. If you are born here, you belong here… period. DHS claims he admitted to being undocumented… even though he had proof he was not… and we’re expected to accept that version without questioning how that “admission” was obtained in the first place. This also didn’t happen at the border, it happened after a routine traffic stop in Texas, which means the standard here wasn’t immigration enforcement at the border, it was treating citizenship like it’s conditional, and revocable, on the spot. If citizenship can be ignored, if proof can be dismissed, and if people can be threatened into signing away their rights, then due process is being bypassed entirely… and if this can happen to Brian Morales, it can happen to anyone.

From November 2024 there was a ceasefite in Lebanon which Israel violated 15,400 times according to the UN. I witnessed 4 months of Israeli violations personally. When Hezbollah finally fired back, the entire western media reported they "initiated" the current war. Now Israel has violated the new ceasefire over a thousand times in a fortnight. Yet today the Guardian reports that Israel is issuing new evacuation orders "in response to Hezbollah ceasefire violations".

Statement on April 28, 2026 by the family of Dr. Hussam Abu Safiya: Dr. Hussam Abu Safiya's detention has been extended without charge and without time limit, despite his deteriorating health. The family of Dr. Hussam Abu Safiya confirms that Israeli authorities continue to detain him under procedures devoid of legal basis, on the grounds that he fulfilled his medical and humanitarian duty and refused to abandon his patients. In this context, the Beersheba District Court this morning approved the extension of his detention under the so-called "illegal combatants" law, without any formal charges being brought against him and without setting a time limit for his detention. The court also rejected the defense's request for immediate release, despite the fact that he was detained while performing his duties as a doctor. According to Dr. Hussam Abu Safiya’s lawyer, he is currently being held in the Negev prison in difficult conditions, where he is deprived of his basic medications and is not receiving the necessary medical care, despite the continued deterioration of his health. The family stresses that his continued detention without charge and the denial of medical care constitute a serious violation of international humanitarian law and endanger his life. The family reiterates its demand for the immediate and unconditional release of Dr. Hussam Abu Safiya, so that he may receive urgent medical care and his lawyer may meet with him without restriction.

🇵🇸 Le Moyne College President Tells Genocide Survivor He Cannot Use the Word “Genocide.” Le Moyne College, a Jesuit institution in Syracuse, New York, sent a letter to students this week condemning the language used by Palestinian poet Mosab Abu Toha during an April 15 guest lecture — specifically his use of the word “genocide” to describe Israel’s actions in Gaza. President Linda LeMura, without naming him, wrote that the word caused “real hurt” to Jewish students and implied its use was incompatible with the college’s commitment to inclusion. She then listed her commitments going forward: dialogue sessions, new guidelines for “deeply charged” campus programming, and a declaration that antisemitism has no place at Le Moyne — describing Abu Toha’s testimony, implicitly, as an example of bigotry requiring institutional guardrails. Abu Toha, who survived Israeli strikes in Gaza, lost over 100 relatives—most of them children—and still carries physical wounds from a 2009 airstrike, called the letter “deeply shameful.” “How dare you tell a person who survived a genocide that they cannot speak about it?” he wrote. “I never once used the word ‘Jewish’ during the entire event. I refuse to conflate the faith of Judaism with the actions of the state of Israel.” “If anyone told you they felt ‘hurt’ because I used the word genocide,” he wrote, “then I ask you: how should I feel? How should my wife feel after losing her father? How should my three children feel after losing their grandfather?“

****Statement from Mosab Abu Toha in response to LeMoyne College's President's email to students today***** This is deeply shameful. I cannot believe what I am reading. How dare you tell a person who survived a genocide that they cannot speak about it? On April 15, I had the honor of visiting and speaking at Le Moyne College. I spoke about my lived experience in Gaza, shared the family trees of those killed by Israel, and read my poems. I also played the actual recordings of Israeli airstrikes and artillery shelling that I documented myself while on the ground in Gaza. This morning, the President of the college sent out an email condemning my use of the word GENOCIDE when describing these crimes. She claimed that using that word is "antisemitic." She stated that she recognized the "real hurt" that the word caused to Jewish students. Seriously? Are the crimes of the Israeli state representative of all Jewish people? I personally refuse to believe that is the case. It is utterly ridiculous to begin a letter by stating that your institution welcomes the "free exchange of ideas," only to immediately condemn a speaker, not for sharing abstract ideas, but for sharing his own life. I still carry the physical wounds of a 2009 airstrike on my neck, my forehead, and my cheek. My wife and I have lost over one hundred relatives, most of them children. Some of them have still not been buried. Who are these students you are talking about? Not a single person who identified themselves as Jewish approached me after my talk to offer condolences or acknowledge the actual crimes committed against me and my family. I never once used the word "Jewish" during the entire event; I refuse to conflate the faith of Judaism with the actions of the state of Israel. Yet, you suggest my language caused "hurt." Whoever went to your office to complain about my words should have been the first to approach the stage to show humanity and support for a survivor. It may surprise you to know that I used the word GENOCIDE to describe Israel’s actions in Gaza long before most human rights organizations, including prominent Israeli organizations, and leading Holocaust and Genocide scholars arrived at the same conclusion. I hope this fact does not "hurt" anyone even more. If anyone told you they felt "hurt" because I used the word GENOCIDE, then I ask you: how should I feel? How should my wife feel after losing her father? How should my three children feel after losing their grandfather? At a time when a GENOCIDE should be condemned, it is the survivors and those who speak out against it who are being targeted instead. SHAME!!!!!

Rep. Jim Himes publicly opposed a five-year extension of Section 702 surveillance powers, calling it “not acceptable,” but emails show he is privately urging Democrats to back the Trump-supported bill, Lever News reports. Section 702 enables warrantless surveillance, including Americans’ data. Himes claims there has been no misuse, even as a 2022 intelligence report found 278,000 non-compliant FBI searches. Even if Congress does not renew the law, surveillance would continue through March 2027 under existing court-approved certifications, which allow the program to operate on a rolling annual basis. Watchdogs warn extending the law without reforms would entrench ongoing abuses. Full report linked below ⬇️

Senator Jim Banks of Indiana is calling the DC Circuit judge "rogue" for upholding the Immigration and Nationality Act - a statute Congress wrote, passed, and has not repealed. The court's ruling today was not a policy opinion. It was a statutory reading. The panel held that the INA gives people physically present in the United States the right to apply for asylum, and that a presidential proclamation cannot override what Congress put into law. Even Trump's own appointee on the panel agreed the executive branch cannot deport people to countries where they face persecution without the mandatory procedures Congress required. That is not a rogue ruling. That is a court doing what courts exist to do - telling the executive branch that it cannot substitute its own removal system for the one Congress built. Senator Banks represents Indiana. Fort Wayne has one of the largest Burmese refugee communities in the country. Elkhart County has relied on immigrant labor in its manufacturing sector for decades. The asylum system Banks is calling illegitimate has, for generations, been the legal pathway for people fleeing exactly the kind of persecution the INA was written to address. If Banks wants to change the asylum statute, he is a United States Senator. He can introduce a bill. That is the branch of government the court told the administration to go to. He has the job.

This rogue judge is more concerned with securing political outcomes than upholding law. Here's the reality: Biden broke our border on purpose & allowed 10M+ illegals to flood into our country. This wasn't asylum, this was an invasion, & we have a responsibility to deport them.

An 18-year-old boy is about to be imprisoned in Israel’s torture camps, even though two courts ordered his release and all suspicions against him collapsed. How is that possible? Two and a half weeks ago, Hussein, from a shepherding family in the Jordan Valley, was arrested at a checkpoint while on his way to sell cheese his mother makes from their flock’s milk. Soldiers found a small knife and a face covering in his vehicle. In interrogation, held only 3 days later, Hussein explained the knife is used to open straw bales for feeding sheep, and the covering keeps his face warm in the morning and protects from sun and flies. The court accepted his explanation, ruled he posed no meaningful risk and could not obstruct the investigation, and ordered his release on 5,000 shekels bail. Occupation forces appealed the release order. 3 days later, the appeals court rejected the appeal and again ordered his release. Bail was paid, and his lawyer began release procedures. Nothing happened. Hours later it became clear why: occupation forces held another “hearing,” brought him an unknown Palestinian Authority lawyer because “his lawyer was busy” (busy at the appeals hearing), and extended his detention by six more days in order to issue an administrative detention order. The administrative detention order was issued after 5 days. Why make such an effort to turn an 18-year-old shepherd into a political prisoner? Because Hussein’s family, like many shepherd families in the Jordan Valley, faces settler attacks and harassment, invasions of their homes, denial of grazing, denial of water, livestock theft, army violence, and repeated attempts to expel them. And they refuse to leave. We have known Hussein’s family for years and witnessed dozens of abuses against him, his father, the family, and the community. There is no mystery here: Hussein’s only “crime” is being a proud Palestinian whose family lives on land Israel wants. As of April 2026, about 3,532 Palestinians are held in Israeli torture camps under administrative detention - thousands of people who, like Hussein, are jailed without trial because Israel sees their very existence as an obstacle to the continuation of its atrocities and ethnic cleansing.
