@JohnAmaechi Stop looking in the same places. Start developing the ability to spot talent that requires a different development path. Not easy & when there’s a results obsession, it feels a bigger risk to break the mould, but will probably help us create truly high performance environments 💪🏻

Assumptions are great. They can save time and cognitive labour... but they can also be damaging. How often have you looked for something that was right in front of you? In the search for 'talent' don't be limited by your assumptions. #UnassumingTalent
