アメリカの皆さん🇺🇸 日本人は、アメリカには沢山の偽日本食レストランがあることに怒りを感じています。 しかし私達日本人は怒りを表には出しません。 それは私達の文化ではないからです。私達は他人を不快にしない様に感情を露わにしません。 子供の頃から武士の様に毅然と振る舞う様に教育されます。 実は日本の教育は大変厳しいのです。 教育は私達が乳児の頃から始まります。 振る舞いや声の大きさ、靴の揃え方、椅子の引き方、箸の持ち方、ハンカチの持ち方まで実に細かく注意を受けます。 それは日本人ならできて当たり前のことです。 ですから私達は怒りや不快を我慢します。 しかし心の中では怒りが爆発しています。 私達日本人は怒りを溜め突然爆発します。 怒りを数十年溜めることもあります。 私達は感情がないわけではなく、むしろ感情は豊かです。 日本食は私達の精神です。文化の中心です。哲学です。 その私達が、日本人だと嘘をついてひどく質が低い偽日本食を提供する日本人ではない人間を見た際に、どれだけの怒りを感じているか、想像できますか？ 彼らは困難な技術を伴う天ぷらや、繊細な味付けが必要な吸い物ではなく、チャウメンとかいう酷く無骨で雑な麺類や、出汁が入っていない味噌汁を平気でします。 パッタイや炒め物を日本食と言い張る場合もある。 彼らは売れ残りの古い刺身を寿司にして油で揚げてごまかします。 食器は無惨なプラスチック、縁が欠けた陶器。テーブルや床は極めて不潔です。 ご飯は硬く質が低い米で、茶碗ではなくプラスチックのお椀に入れてしまう。 端を置く方向は間違っています。 彼らは日本に対する尊敬、日本の文化に対する探究心は皆無です。 我々の先祖が築き上げてきた文化は、彼らには金儲けの道具であり、精神的な拠り所ではないのです。 彼らは母国の文化に誇りがありません。 自らの文化を誇るなら他人の大事にするものを汚す気にはならないでしょう。 私達は日本を汚された様に感じ心の中で泣いています。 家に帰ると家族にはその屈辱を話し、布団の中で嗚咽するのです。 国旗を土足で踏まれる様な屈辱を感じるのです。 言葉に表せぬ様な怒りを抱えます。 だが日本人を名乗るあの狡猾な非日本人達は、何も考えていない。 彼らは我々の表情を読み取りません。 だから我々の怒りを理解しません。 この様に我々日本人は何十年も偽日本食レストランの屈辱に耐えてきたのです。 しかしアメリカ人やペルー人、フランス人やイタリア人の中には、日本食の真髄を研究し、素晴らしい日本食を提供してくれる料理人がいます。 彼らは自分を日本人に擬装しません。 外国人として、誇りを持って日本食に関わってくれる。 私達はその様な人々を尊敬します。そして彼らを歓迎します。 それは私達日本人がフランス料理や中華料理、イタリア料理、インド料理に向かう精神と態度に似ています。 異なる文化への敬意、探究です。　　 アメリカ人は素直で寛容であり、正直さを大事にする素晴らしい人々です。 アメリカ人は狡猾さを嫌う。 アメリカ人には私達日本人が偽日本食を出す人々に対する怒りを理解できるのではないでしょうか？ 私達の誇りを汚し、金儲けに使う偽日本人に対して、一緒に怒ってくれたら、私達は嬉しく思います。 そして私達日本人はアメリカ文化を愛しています。 アメリカ文化を汚す人々に対しても戦うつもりがあるのです。

@salihefe2003 You know how the money “exchange rate” might mean that something normally priced in your country is really inexpensive in another country? Or really expensive in a different country? Same for people. What may be normal in Japan is extremely beautiful in America.
