That type of community is literally all I’ve ever wanted to build. The way we are so busy it’s easy to be ‘catch up friends’ who have to schedule in dates months in advance as we’re just working and sleeping and gyming. Sometimes just pop over. Inconvenience. Convenience.

This is fantastic. Croydon decided to implement Low Traffic Neighbourhoods, blocking cars from accessing various roads and fining people £160 per infraction. They ran the scheme for two years. Now the High Court has ruled them unlawful as they were implemented for profit and not to reduce traffic at all. Millions of pounds must be returned to people who were fined. If you were fined during that time you have to request a refund.
