Give @bt_uk a slow hand clap for messing up my email password - I made a BT ID which then said incorrect pw on my BT email account so I changed it - then tried to log in to the new BT ID account and it’s saying wrong pw too - give me strength 🤬

@bt_uk I tried to ring today but there was a 20 minute wait can some one DM me as I just want paper bills not online bills especially as the BT ID App isn’t working to check them

@bt_uk why is your website and app stuck in a constant loop of me having to log in and not actually be able to view my account, bills etc???

@AliIndge Hey Alison, I'm not aware of any issues with the app. I know it sounds super basic, but it's worth clearing the cookies/cache, and trying again. If not sorted please give us a call on 150 from a BT mobile, or 0330 1234 150 from any other phone.

@bt_uk Done all that and deleted App and re- installed I’ll ring tomorrow - I just need to see my bill as it’s higher than expected

@bt_uk I cant access MYBT to view my bill On the App It keeps saying a system error has occurred I’ve changed the password , I’ve done two step verification , I’ve made a PIN number On the desktop it keeps putting up the homepage and just giving links on how to view a bill

@MonmouthshireCC for goodness sake simplify your website - register & log in needed to access main site (my Monmouthshire ) -register and log in needed to access personal portal - then the Revenues online page has no contact details on - I despair 🤯
